I'm renting a room! My home is 5 minutes from downtown Santa Rosa on a 1 acre property; lots of big trees and plants - very quiet. Room is private, with a private bathroom and office (or second room if necessary). We'd share the kitchen and laundry, and periodically the living room. I spend most my time in the entertainment room in the garage gaming; it's got a gym (free weights + tonal), VR setup, big screen, ping pong and a guest room. We'd split utilities (trash, electricity/gas, electricity).
