Keysight Technologies, the world's premier measurement company, has an opening for a Reliability Lab Intern at the High Frequency Technology Center in Santa Rosa, California. As an intern working in the Reliability Lab, you will have an opportunity to learn from experts in High Temperature Operating Life (HTOL), Radio Frequency Operating Life (RFOL), Medium Scale Integration (MSI), and Electromigration (EM) testing, designed to ensure that our cutting edge IC s are capable of meeting the longevity and performance requirements to fulfill our customers electronic test and measurement needs.
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to apply your coursework to focused, hands-on projects, while working with a cross-functional team. You will gain and apply knowledge about Keysight s products and technologies in the field of Operating Life Performance Analysis.
Job Responsibilities :
- PCB hardware reconfiguration and assembly
- PCB design and modification of existing circuitry.
- Build and maintain close relationships with R&D Hardware Engineers and Production Teams.
- Weekly status reports and meetings.
Job Qualifications
- Must have at least 2
years of experience in an EE, ME, or Physics undergraduate program. - Desirable that candidate has 2
years of experience with circuit design and analysis. - Desirable that candidate has 2
years of experience working with Digital Multimeters and Oscilloscopes. - PathWave or other PCB design software is a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and succinctly.
- Excellent teamwork skills, commitment to the task, and creative problem-solving.
- Work collaboratively to solve difficult technical problems.
- Background in Electrical/Electronic Engineering concepts is highly desired.
- Candidates must have completed at least their sophomore year an EE/ME/Physics (or a combination of) program.
- Currently enrolled in college with a major in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
