Vivint Solar - Sales Representative/Sales Manager

Thank you for your interest in becoming part of the fastest growing residential solar company in the country! Vivint Solar is changing the way the world produces power, and we are looking for representatives who are ready to jump in and help our fast-growing business. As a Vivint Solar sales manager, you will have the ability to make money while making a difference.
Here's a little bit of information about Vivint Solar:
Vivint Solar became a tradable, public company in September 2014 (VSLR).
We are the 2nd largest residential solar company in the United States, and have only been in business for 3 years.
The total residential solar industry market penetration is barely 1% in the United States. At the start of 2014, Vivint Solar held 9% of that market. In just 9 months, that number rose to 15%.
Vivint Solar provides great training from some of the best District Sales Managers in the business.
We are growing aggressively, and need leaders to open new markets throughout the southwestern U.S. and northeastern U.S.
We are adding 20 new sales offices in 2015.
Next, let's go over some of the responsibilities of a sales manager:
Be self-motivated and well organized.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of Vivint Solar products, promotions, and offerings.
Gain new customers through direct sales, and maintain trusting relationships with them this leads to a large portion of business through referrals.
Be able to close agreements at customers' homes, and then see that sale all the way through the installation.
Have the skills to create solar array proposals and quotes for customers, as well as reviewing architectural drawings.
Be able to track and monitor your performance against company quotas.
Lastly, here are the best parts of being a Vivint Solar sales manager, the forms of compensation:
New install commission ($750 extra on first 6 installations).
New weekly pipeline commission ($200 per account created; up to $4,000 for first 8 weeks).
Monthly install commission ($500 extra commission each month when a sales manager installs 4-9 accounts, and $750 extra with 10 or more installs).
Residual pay on all accounts created.
Weekly minimum draw opt-in ($5,000 monthly)
LTIP (Long Term Incentive Plan, which allows all sales managers the opportunity to be eligible to earn stock options on the equity value of VSLR).
You won't regret working at Vivint Solar.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
