Client Service Specialist

General Job Description:
To assist a financial advisor in managing and growing an established financial planning practice.

As a member of our team, the Client Service Specialist's responsibilities are to maintain contact with clients in order to provide them with updated information, schedule meetings, and troubleshoot problems.

We are seeking a candidate with the following qualities:
Work experience in financial service industry
Capable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with CRM database platforms
Able to speak cordially with clients and work with other office personnel to serve client needs
Act as a liaison with home office staff, transfer agents, and customer service departments
Be client-focused and detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks
Provide advisor with service and support functions such as portfolio analysis, account creation, and client/prospect meeting preparation
Professional appearance is a must
References and salary requirements will be requested during hiring process
A team player with strong coaching and leadership skills
Desire and ability to work successfully in a small practice environment
Client-first attitude

FINRA Series 7 and 63
Bachelor's Degree preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
