Summary:
The Renewables Service Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of servicing existing solar and battery installations including customer communication, scheduling, and dispatching.
Other duties may be assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Serve as a liaison between our customers and technicians Schedule and dispatch service technicians Manage customer communication and technician scheduling Coordinate material orders and service logistics Create and track work orders and workflow maintenance requests Document and track customer issues and their resolutions Process equipment RMAs and warranty claims Monitor customer solar systems and educate homeowners on system efficiency and productivity Handle invoicing for all service calls and coordination payments with accounting Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer support Facilitate permit inspections Assist with project closeouts and customer handoffs Conduct production and energy analysis for customers SUPERVISORY
