Qualifications:
A DDS or DMD degree from a recognized dental institution.
Valid state dental license and malpractice insurance.
Demonstrable experience in executing general dental practices.
Superior communication aptitudes and a compassionate attitude toward patient care.

Competitive 35% commission rate with a guaranteed minimum, contingent on experience and expertise.
