We are looking for a Bi-Lingual (Ensglish/Spanish) Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support.
This position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, and a strong attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will also have a professional demeanor and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a professional manner.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
Maintain filing systems and update records.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
Organize and maintain office supplies.
Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and scanning documents.
Provide customer service support to clients.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
