Job Description:
Retrieves and unpacks flowers from boxes and procona's Inspects all product for quality.
Reports poor quality product for further inspection Processes flowers according to company policies Accurately pulls customers fresh flower orders with attention to detail Works closely with floral purchaser for product availability Assists in shipping and processing areas as needed Keeps work areas clean and organized at all times Spends extended periods of time in coolers set between 35-40 degrees Ideal Candidate:
Hard working self-starter with a positive attitude Able to work independently as well as part of a team Excellent communication Attention to detail Able to lift up to 30 pounds Must enjoy working in a fast paced environment Prior warehouse and floral experience is ideal, but willing to train the right candidate Competitive compensation Paid vacation (with full-time status) Paid sick days Opportunity for growth Floral discounts Job Types:
