- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status - Develop and implement individualized care plans - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians - Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to the care plan - Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their health conditions and self-care techniques - Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care - Document all patient interactions, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in home health or a related field - Knowledge of specimen collection processing, infection control, DME (Durable Medical Equipment), discharge planning, ambulatory surgery center, special needs, medical imaging, ostomy care, dermal fillers, and Athenahealth is preferred - Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to make sound judgments - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively We offer competitive compensation packages including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
