Job Description:
Customer Service Representative Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Follow company policies and procedures for customer service interactions Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer issues effectively - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and customer management - Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and record keeping - Empathy and patience when dealing with difficult or upset customers - Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues from different departments Note:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
Training will be provided.
