They are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join their team as an LTC Pharmacy Sales Representative.
As a LTC Pharmacy Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with long-term care facilities, including nursing homes, assisted living centers, and rehabilitation centers.
You will be responsible for promoting our pharmacy services, building a strong client base, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Identify and target prospective long-term care facilities to establish new business relationships and expand the client base.
Conduct sales presentations to healthcare professionals, including facility administrators, nurses, and physicians.
Understand the unique needs of each facility and provide tailored solutions to meet their medication management requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the long-term care facilities.
Collaborate with internal teams, including pharmacy operations and customer service, to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for clients.
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and maintain a competitive edge.
Achieve sales targets and objectives, while consistently providing exceptional customer service and support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Proven track record in sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience selling to long-term care facilities, understanding their unique needs and challenges, is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build lasting relationships.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Familiarity with medication management and pharmacy services in long-term care settings is an asset.
