Must haves:
Desire to lead Positive attitude Organization Speed Sense of humor Superior knowledge of home maintenance On call availability High school diploma or GED Great to haves:
General contractor, journeyman, electrician, or other skilled trade Knowledge of maintenance operations software Maintenance certification (if you don't have it, we'll help you get it) Compensation:
This is an on-site position that requires this person to live at Spring Lake Apartments with an apartment that will be provided as part of the compensation package.
The compensation range for this role is $20 - $22 / hour plus housing and quarterly bonuses.
