We are dedicated to community service, charitable giving, educational enrichment, historical preservation, and social opportunities.
We are devoted to giving back to our community by providing much-needed services, support, and caring to those in need.
To support our club endeavors, we rely on renting out our beautiful clubhouse space to local groups for important local events such as weddings, award ceremonies, fundraisers, anniversaries, conferences, reunions, memorial services, recitals, and graduation parties.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Host/Hostess to join our team.
Clubhouse hosts are responsible for creating the best possible event for our rental clients and their guests before, during and after the event being hosted, and are a representative of The Saturday Afternoon Club.
The ideal candidate should be friendly, organized, and have excellent customer service skills.
This is a part time position with sporadic hours.
Hosts may work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as determined by the scheduled events.
Hours do not exceed 30/week.

Responsibilities:
Open up the clubhouse space prior to arrival of the client and guests.
Close up space after the event has ended.
Ensure all areas are clean and set up properly per the client's contract specifications.
Be flexible, approachable, and provide assistance to the client.
Help as needed with basic audiovisual equipment.
Be present during event to ensure Clubhouse rental rules are adhered to and safety protocal maintained.
