We're adding an Assistant Manager of Data Intelligence to lead the support for Data Governance and Quality. You will drive data stewards and owners and advance the reporting platform. The Assistant Manager of Data Intelligence is responsible for Data Governance and Data Quality by managing departmental data reporting in a consistent and meaningful manner, including ensuring reporting adheres to a standard format and optimal design. Manage data governance administration to ensure the Credit Union follows all data governance policies and procedures. Responsible for managing the Power BI reporting platform administration, as well as a team of operational report developers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Coordinate with business and technology partners by providing data management and technical expertise to participate in the data strategy effort to analyze, map, and define requirements, anticipate data management needs, and ensure the developed outcome meets the business needs. Continue the evolution of data governance standards, frameworks, documentation, and tools. Partner and coordinate with key team members on cross functional teams for data quality, data integrity and issue remediation. Perform recurring data audits and report directly to the data governance committee. Recommend data-centric process improvements to ensure they are designed and implemented with the clear goal of generating, collecting, and utilizing accurate and relevant data. Coordinate with the data security, privacy, and legal teams to ensure compliance. Own master data management process, systems of record, and how to source and where to consume data. Oversee, manage and version key deliverables and processes for data dictionaries. Proactively champion the value of internal data assets and work products as well as the processes for new assets and research. Locate and choose new learning opportunities to enhance and further knowledge of department and industry practices. Research new technologies relating to core business functions and make recommendations to management for improvements. Draft and recommend technology plans and requirements for business needs. Continually review core-processing enhancements for possible implementation into code. Serve as a mentor to other Programmers in the department by serving as a resource for knowledge. Backup the Programming Manager in their absence. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Report Developers Required Skills YOUR KEYS TO SUCCESS Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong working knowledge of information access and delivery methods, data sourcing and integration methods. Experience working with data warehouse, SQL, ETL, business intelligence and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, etc.), Python and understanding of data lakes. Prior experience developing reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. Possess the right balance of engineering-like disciplines and experiences complemented with business acumen to forge cross functional relationships. Ability to supervise and coach team members. Strong critical thinking ability and problem resolution skills. Strong background and working knowledge of end-to-end data management principles. Experience implementing and managing data governance processes and policies. Experience authoring and maintaining intuitive, usable data dictionaries. Deep analytical skills and experience with master data quality tools. Balance of project leadership/management experience and ability to deliver results independently. Ability to communicate well with different audiences with clarity and the ability to deliver content to large groups. Consultative approach to collaboration and presentations along with a track record of being able to influence senior leaders to adapt modern practices. Ability to act independently and confidentially with little or no supervision. Ability to distinguish and manage confidential information, materials, and conversations. Ability to operate a personal computer and software including word processing, email, intra/internet. Required Experience Education/Experience A combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar, a minimum of six years' experience using structured programming languages, browser-based languages and web programming languages required, plus a minimum of five years in data management with experience managing key enterprise data projects. Mandatory Vaccination Policy:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Data Science & Machine Learning, Business Intelligence & AnalyticsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
